
Ritu Malhotra
Ritu Malhotra founded AJNA in 1987 and she has been practising and teaching for over 25 years. Ritu has been trained in psychology and is a teaching metaphysician.
Her techniques combine the pioneering work of Gordon Stokes and Daniel Whiteside with the spiritual wisdom of the East. Her belief and experience helped match the work to Eastern spirituality and philosophy to facilitate change in people’s lives. Her training and mastery of alternative holistic methods of self-help enables her to approach health, on all levels, in a truly practical manner.
Ritu`s work with adult and childhood learning disabilities has earned her national
recognition. Indian philosophy states that everything exists within you – all the solutions and freedom of choice. Her approach is to use this innate wisdom to help clients overcome feelings of hopelessness, battles with depression and questions of self-worth.
She shares her experience with clients in a simple and constructive manner, empowering each of them to make a difference in their own lives. Ritu employs a revolutionary approach to traditional psycho-therapy, seeing lasting differences in as few as three sessions. Ritu runs an intensive training courses every year, in India and around the world. She also conducts private or group sessions and corporate workshops.
As an educator Ritu leads the Malhotra Weikfield Foundation in providing scholarship grants in the sciences for over 100 rural graduate and post-graduate students in India. Ritu coordinates not only the grant-making process but ensures that each student has a personal mentor throughout their tuition.
