The training we do at AJNA takes form in a session typically lasting about an hour and a half. Unlike traditional therapies we don’t diagnose or prescribe conventional medicine. We work with the stress related to perceived problems. We find that most clients get the benefit they are seeking in as few as three or four sessions.
Individual work addresses all types of stress issues- Physical, Mental, Emotional and Chronic Conditions. During 1½ hours you take an insightful journey using Bio-feedback from the body and discover the power of emotional intelligence. You learn to transform stress into creative new options and experience a changed self-image and improved self-worth.
